“I wanted to thank you for helping me with my situation. This was my dad's house. He passed away from Esophageal Cancer back in September 2009. I put his house on the market in December. I finally got a contract on the house at the end of January 2010. The buyer had his inspector come out and his inspector said that he thought that he should have the roof inspected. The buyer had another roofing company come out and ‘inspect’ the roof. They came back with, ‘you need a whole new roof’. Then had my dad's insurance company, State Farm, send an insurance adjustor out. The insurance adjustor came out and said that I did NOT need a new roof. In fact, he found that someone, that had been up on the roof very recently, had pulled up 8-10 shingles, purposely. He said there were ‘fresh torn shingles’. You can imagine how upset I was. My dad was recently deceased. I was just trying to sell his house, and now I had to replace some damage that I wouldn't have had to, had it not been for that roofing company. I called State Farm and asked them to recommend an honest roofing company. They recommended Joe Hall Roofing without hesitation. I called immediately and they went out to my dad's house the next day. I spoke to Nick Balazik. He was wonderful. He was nice to me. He was sympathetic to my problem, he was honest, and he was quick. We were under the gun since we were in the option period with the buyer of the house. Needless to say we did NOT need a new roof and Joe Hall Roofing fixed the damage that the other roofing company caused among some other minor repairs that the buyer asked to be fixed. I just wanted to send this note because I didn't want your hard work and dedication to go un-noticed. Thank you, Thank you Nick and Joe Hall Roofing. You have a customer for life and I will be recommending you to everyone that I talk to.  Thank you for saving me.”
