Roofing Professional Affiliations
We are members of the Arlington
Board of Realtors and the MetroTex
Association of Realtors.
Both of these Organizations are
local trade association for real estate agents. Real Estate and
the activities revolving around real estate are a large part of
our national economy. Realtor Associations and Boards of
Realtors are the educational arms of the Profession and provide
the Standards and Code of Ethics of the Profession. We enjoy
working with Realtors and associate members to make sure people
buying homes have quality roofing to protect their investment.
We are proud of our role educating realtors to better understand
quality roofing. This understanding is critical to insure their
clients are happy home purchasers. We are long-term members of
ARBOR and the MetroTex Association of Realtors. And see these
memberships as valuable opportunities to provide value to our
marketplace. The term MetroTex might be a little unfamiliar to
you. In late 2004, the Northeast Tarrant Association of Realtors
and the Greater Dallas Association of realtors merged into the
MetroTex Association of Realtors.
We are members of the North
Texas Roofing Contractors Association, Roofing
Contractors Association of Texas and Mid-West
Roofing Contractors Association
Joe Hall Roofing is an active
participant in these two professional roofing trade
associations. Joe Hall served terms as vice president,
treasurer, and secretary of the North Texas Roofing Contractors
Association in the early 90’s. Brett Hall has served as the
President of the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association in
2001, has served on the Board of Directors in 1999 and 2000.
Brett Hall served with the
Board of Directors of the Roofing Contractors Association of
Texas during 2002-2004.
Why do we belong to these
groups? And why should you, the consumer, care?
- Members are committed to
"professionalism"
Any roofing company which
strives to be "professional" is committed to trade
associations. All association members, whether contractors,
manufacturers or distributors, combine their efforts to
improve roofing practices. Association members create programs
to improve the skills of roofing mechanics. The association
disseminates critical information and knowledge to improve
member’s ability to deliver outstanding service to our
customers. Contractors who are committed to this trade are
members. Those who are not....well.
- Roofing associations support
our communities
Our Roofing Associations also
allow members to act in unison to support the communities we
live in. We harness our member’s resources and energy to
support community needs. By banding together we can make a
positive impact to build stronger, more vital communities.
- Roofing associations inform
and protect homeowners
Association members work
diligently to help homeowners understand what they need to
know to make wise buying decisions. There are "roofing
entities" who move in and out of the roofing business who
care little about our community and less about the homeowner
but instead see an opportunity to make a fast buck when storms
come through. Through our individual efforts and through the
various Contractor Associations we work to introduce ourselves
as professionals dedicated to quality service to our customers
and to our communities. This sharp contrast drawn between any
fly-by-night competitor and us serves our community in helping
our neighbors make smarter decisions to protect their homes.
